My story begins right here in Holland four years ago.
I love Sardinia, my homeland. I love all the flavors, aromas and colors of the island: for me it’s poetry!
That's why I would like you to know everything about it. The beautiful and lush nature, its culture, history, tradition ... its ancestral legends of magic and mystery!
The passion for good food and for Sardinian cooking were crucial for me to make my dream come true in my work today.
My kitchen is traditional and simple….but Sometimes innovative.
My Sardinbocca are an example! Typical Sardinian ravioli called culurgiones are served as a first course with sauce and parmesan cheese or butter.
I fry them and serve them in a cone, as finger food snacks!
In my kitchen i always use fresh ingredients and seasonal products as my mother always did!
The brand "SARDINBOCCA" identifies all this.
